the growing garden

Our garden is growing and it is fun to see how these plants will grow. We had fun checking out the plants now that we are back from our trip. We have a Zucchini growing, a pumpkin and even a few peppers. I can’t wait to start harvesting some of our veggies and eating them.
We were looking at the size of the leaves on the pumpkins and some of them are huge. Payton found a few one her pumpkin and put her hand close to show how big they were, she loves to be in the garden.

A yard makeover

This is what our yard looked l like a few weeks ago after I finally got it dug up , ready for some new sod. After a lot of work we started rolling out the new sod, Payton had fun rolling the sod with us.

After it was all done it looked great. We decided to add a little more that weekend to give the kids a little more room to run and play.

We have been enjoying the new cleaned up back yard and can’t wait until we can run and play on the grass. We have also added some new flowers to the back and it is looking really nice.

Logan has some new Mickey and Donald garden gloves and is ready to help with the new plants.

This is what it looks like and I am loving the beautiful colors. The other day I saw a humming bird on the flowers, it was so pretty. It will be a nice play to be this summer.

Mother’s day

I spent Mother’s day with these two cuties , it was a fun day filled with lots of fun and surprises.

Payton went shopping with Kevin and picked out some presents to me , I had no idea what I was going to get. I could not wait to see what she chose for me.

They did a great job picking out things I would like and I know I will enjoy using them. We had a great lunch at Claim jumpers and later went and had ice cream at Snoqualmie Ice cream a great way to end the day. I am so thankful for Payton and Logan and all the joy they bring to my life.
