Waiting for the Santa Train with Grandpa, it was slow moving because a tree was down but they waited patiently. Logan was excited when he saw it coming . The ride was a little different since the man who normal reads the story and sings was not on board but it was fun to go over the bridges and wave to the cars. Girls sideBoys SideLogan was not happy to see Santa this year, last year he was ok until he realized he didn’t know this strange man who was holding him. I even tried to sit with him but he still was not happy. Payton on the other hand Loves Santa and as she tells me he’s my friend. She told Santa that she wants Princess toys for Christmas .After the booth got new tooth brushes with a special handle that had a train that moved when you tipped it – you know like the pens you get for souvenirs. They are actually pretty cool and the kids loved them ( at first I thought a tooth brush – Really?! What kid wants a tooth brush)Then it was on to get some cookies and hot chocolate, Logan was excited about his cookies and held both tightly. He like the man who was singing Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer. When we were done Payton played a little at the train table and Logan explored the trains outside with Grandpa. It was another fun trip on the Santa Train! Can’t wait to go again next year.
