This morning we drove North to Lake Whatcom Railway to ride the Easter train. Payton was so excited – she kept saying I am so excited then squeal with delight, it was cute. The kids did great and after an hour and half of driving we were there and ready to ride the train. Grandpa T took Payton took Payton to see some trains inside and she rang the bell. Then we boarded the train to get to the field where the Easter eggs were and were entertained by the Easter bunny and a banjo player.

Payton was so excited to go find Easter eggs. It was so crazy and they had sections for each age group but there weren’t a lot of eggs for the small kiddos .
Payton ended up finding a few then Grandma T found a few so 4 total then a few got dropped so in the end she ended up with 6 eggs not as many as some kids but that is ok. Logan enjoyed the banjo player and music and loved the Easter bunny.

We ended the trip with lunch at DQ and of course Blizzards! Yum! Can you tell she loves Blizzards! We had a nice quiet car ride home with two sleeping kids in the back exhausted from all the fun they had today.
