Bowling
The other day we went bowling to Celebrate Grandpa Verver’s Birthday. It was Payton and Logan’s first time and they had a blast. Logan cheered for everyone and Payton helped when it wasn’t her turn. Checking out the balls, they liked the air blowing on them.
We all had a fun time but I think Payton was happy it was over since she didn’t like waiting for everyone and she was hungry.

Christmas
We had a great Christmas this year and we crammed in as much fun and as many presents as we could. Payton couldn’t wait to get started and quickly found her stocking and dumped it , then helped Logan dump his stocking. Time to open some presents!Checking to see if Santa ate his cookie and drank his chocolate milkooo socks – that is what he saidA short break for cinnamon rolls and we were at it again.
We had so much fun and the kids were exhausted and happy at the end of the day. They love all of their new toys and clothes and can’t wait to play with them every morning.

Christmas Eve
Christmas Ever Service –sitting in the front this year so Payton could see. Logan had fun with the candles and loved when it was lit – he said ohhh! It was beautiful , the songs, the candle light and being surrounded by other believers.Getting ready for Santa – sprinkling the reindeer food
putting out the chocolate milk cookies. This year she left cookies for our Elf Jingles and Mrs. Claus and she put a straw in Santa's milk ,it was very thoughtful. she left him a note and wouldn’t tell me what it said – it was a secret. She was so excited for Christmas!

Downtown Christmas
A few days before Christmas we headed downtown with my parents for our annual visit to the Teddy Bear Suites at the Fairmont Olympic Hotel, The Holiday Carousel and the Gingerbread houses. First we went to see some teddy bears at the beautiful Fairmont Olympic.I love this old hotel, it is so beautiful . It would be a fun place to stay if we were visiting from out of town.Next we heading down to see the beautiful Fairy tale castles Gingerbread house display at the Sheraton. It was fitting that the first three were Disney princesses and that there was an Alice in Wonderland a few of Payton’s favorites. Our last stop before lunch was to the Holiday Carousel . This year Payton asked Grandma to come with her and I held on to Logan who wasn’t so sure he liked it but by the end he didn’t want to get off.Walking down to the Hard Rock for a yummy lunch.
Logan’s first time to the Hard Rock (we actually came when I was pregnant with him but this was his first I took a few pictures while we waited for Payton and my dad to bring the car to get us. Logan loved the horses and kept wanting to go back – he would say neigh and point at them. The black horse licked him and our bag. It was a great end to the fun day.
