Bowling

The other day we went bowling to Celebrate Grandpa Verver’s Birthday. It was Payton and Logan’s first time and they had a blast. Logan cheered for everyone and Payton helped when it wasn’t her turn. 051Checking out the balls, they liked the air blowing on them.

We all had a fun time but I think Payton was happy it was over since she didn’t like waiting for everyone and she was hungry.

We had a great Christmas this year and we crammed in as much fun and as many presents as we could.  Payton couldn’t wait to get started and quickly found her stocking and dumped it , then helped Logan dump his stocking. Downtown Christmas

A few days before Christmas we headed downtown with my parents for our annual  visit to the Teddy Bear Suites at the Fairmont Olympic Hotel, The Holiday Carousel and the Gingerbread houses. First we went to see some teddy bears at the beautiful Fairmont Olympic.20121221-IMG_096320121222-00120121222-00220121222-IMG_097320121222-IMG_096620121222-01620121222-IMG_097420121222-01920121222-03120121222-02520121222-02420121222-IMG_097820121222-02920121222-IMG_098320121222-03420121222-038I love this old hotel, it is so beautiful . It would be a fun place to stay if we were visiting from out of town.20121222-048Next we heading down to see the beautiful Fairy tale castles Gingerbread house display at the Sheraton. It was fitting that the first three were Disney princesses and that there was an Alice in Wonderland a few of Payton’s favorites.20121222-05920121222-06720121222-06820121222-06920121222-07820121222-08020121222-08420121222-09520121222-09620121222-09720121222-098Our last stop before lunch was to the Holiday Carousel . Logan loved the horses and kept wanting to go back – he would say neigh and point at them. The black horse licked him and our bag.  It was a great end to the fun day.20121222-13920121222-14020121222-13820121222-14220121222-14720121222-149
